The Role
As a digital-first FinTech company, they are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to help them reach and surpass their ambitious goals. If you’re passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and innovative user experiences, this is the role for you.
You will work on a wide range of projects including website and app design, ensuring every digital touchpoint offers a seamless and enjoyable user experience. Your responsibilities will also include crafting user interfaces for social media platforms, blogs, email creatives, branding, and user guides, all of which require your unique design expertise.
Collaborating closely with UX Designers, Digital Designers, and Content Creators, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the overall customer experience, making it one that users are excited to engage with.

Essential:

Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Experience with wireframing, user flows, and creating interactive prototypes.

Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and interpret data to inform design decisions.

Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

A proactive, can-do attitude.

Strong written, presentation, and communication skills.
Desirable:

Relevant degree in UX/UI design, graphic design, HCI, or equivalent experience.

Experience in motion graphics/animation.

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Experience creating engaging social media content across multiple platforms.

Experience with user testing and optimization platforms.
