What You'll Do:
You will be a key part of our development team, focusing on building and enhancing our full stack applications. This role involves hands-on coding, leveraging AWS services, and collaborating with various teams to deliver reliable and high-performing software.
Responsibilities:
- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using JavaScript frameworks such as React, Remix, and Node.
- Backend Development: Build and manage server-side logic using Node.js and AWS services. Any Python or Go would be a plus.
- Web Scraping & Data Extraction: Develop and deploy automated web scraping to extract, clean, and integrate structured data from diverse online sources.
- AWS Administration: Utilise AWS services including Lambda, ECS Fargate, SQS, SNS, Aurora PostgreSQL & MySQL, and S3. Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows using tools like Github Actions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaboration Skills: Work well within a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Keen on enhancing existing processes and developing new ones to improve reliability and efficiency.
