  • Product Ownership: Oversee your own product lines, conduct user research, and develop Product Requirements Documents to ensure strategic alignment and commercial success.
  • Escalation Point: Act as the main point of contact for product management issues in the UK, ensuring timely and effective resolution in line with business objectives.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Product and senior leadership to shape product strategy, define key metrics, and plan future roadmap initiatives.
  • Customer Focus: Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, using this data to enhance product features and inform strategic decisions.
  • Product Launches: Coordinate and manage product releases, ensuring they are on schedule and meet business performance targets.
  • Vision Communication: Clearly articulate the product vision to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyse product performance, including customer satisfaction and retention metrics, to refine future product strategies and drive commercial impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a Product Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of managing the full product lifecycle in an Agile environment.
  • Technical Background: Experience in software development and program management is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Problem Solver: Creative and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Join this very exciting ScaleUp in Manchester, where you’ll be at the heart of their product development efforts, working three days a week in the office and making a significant impact on our company’s growth.
